Swiss HRM manages employee master data, organizational structures, and HR attributes (e.g., qualifications, skill profiles). This data forms the basis for consistent, payroll-relevant information in SwissSalary. Thanks to its NAV/Business Central foundation, Swiss HRM integrates seamlessly into Microsoft environments.

Pre-configured integration with SwissSalary

Swiss HRM is designed as an HR module that works in tandem with the SwissSalary payroll add-on. This allows HR changes to be transferred directly to payroll without duplicate data entry.

Structured data transfer & open interfaces

SwissSalary supports standard and open interfaces for importing external HR data (e.g., master data, changes)—including defined payroll journals and mapping. This enables HR data from Swiss HRM to be transferred to payroll processing in a controlled manner.

Logged validation in payroll

Via SmartPort, delivered changes can be checked, accepted/rejected, and processed with an effective-from date; a log ensures traceability. This maintains the clear separation between HR maintenance (Swiss HRM) and payroll logic (SwissSalary).

Data is transferred via the SwissSalary interfaces (Standard/Open) to defined payroll journals; fields are mapped, and imports can be triggered on demand.

Payroll in SwissSalary

SwissSalary imports HR data, applies Swiss payroll rules, and generates payroll reports in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Control & Traceability

With SmartPort, changes are visible, recorded at the correct time, and logged—including acceptance/rejection and history.
