SwissSalary Update Version 5067.000

On May 13, 2026, we will release the SwissSalary Update (Version 5067.000), which includes numerous new features, implemented customer requests, and various optimizations and bug fixes. This update also includes all changes from Quality Releases 5066.001, 5066.002, 5066.003, 5066.004, and 5066.005.

To make it easier for you to keep track of the changes in SwissSalary, we have created a handy overview on learn.swisssalary.ch in addition to the comprehensive update manual with detailed descriptions. Enjoy!

For importing into installed versions (on-premises), please contact your Dynamics 365 partner. Please note that at least version 5058.000 must be installed!

SwissSalary 365 customers (Microsoft SaaS Cloud) can easily install the Update with a click of the mouse via ‘Business Central admin center -> Apps’. You can find the video here or in the role center.

We recommend that you install the Update in the next few days/weeks.

Important!

As previously announced, updates will no longer be provided for Dynamics NAV and Business Central versions starting in Q2 2026. With the latest update, 5067.000, the following versions are therefore no longer supported:

• Dynamics 365 Business Central Spring' 19 - Version 14 (C/AL)
• Dynamics 365 Business Central Fall' 18 - Version 13 (C/AL)
• Dynamics NAV 2018
• Dynamics NAV 2017

Key New Features
The Spring 2026 release introduced numerous new features and enhancements to SwissSalary 365. The key highlights are presented in the following video and summarized below in an overview of the main changes.

Enhancements to the Pay Raise Process
The pay raise process has been specifically expanded. It is now possible to post multiple pay raise journals simultaneously (multiselect). In addition, retroactive pay raises are now possible, and a corresponding pay raise letter is now available for hourly wage earners.

More Flexible Benefits Rules
The benefits function has been significantly expanded. Rules can now be enhanced with FlowFields, allowing additional information—such as the canton of employment—to be directly integrated.
A preview of filter results is also now available. Support for AHV, ALV(Z), and FAK calculations via Benefits is currently being implemented.

Swissdec Certification & Legal Updates
With this release, SwissSalary achieves the highest Swissdec certification level, 5.5. The new Suva tariff system “TariTemp” for temporary staffing has been integrated (Single-Branch). Cross-border workers from Italy can now be managed via the ZIP code file.

New Features in the KLE Area
In the KLE process, daily allowance receipts can now be created directly from a reimbursement claim. These include a complete receipt with a QR invoice and can be used directly for accounting purposes.

Advanced Search
The new “Advanced Search” option provides a powerful full-text search feature. It searches across tables and is significantly more tolerant of variations in spelling. The feature is integrated directly into the employee list and the wage types.

Advanced Features and Tools
A new visualizer for pain.001 XML payment files is now available, allowing all content to be displayed and reviewed in a structured manner. In the AI section, the Copilot feature has been expanded: employees can now be created directly from a resume (PDF).

Addition of Logib Requirement Levels
The option list for the “Requirement Level” field on the “SwissSalary Functions” page has been expanded to include four additional entries. This allows the requirement level of a function to be set on an eight-point scale. Consequently, current assignments must be revised.

Additional Improvements

• Payroll areas can now be easily copied
• Improvements in the quality of QST calculations
• Reasons for termination are now translatable
