LMV 2026+ Weekly Review Including Travel Time Over 50 Hours

With the introduction of LMV 2026+, important updates have been implemented in the SwissSalary Construction App to ensure accurate processing of working hours and travel time.

Going forward, working hours as well as paid and unpaid travel time exceeding 50 hours per week are jointly considered in a weekly review and paid with a 25% premium.

Requirements

To ensure correct calculation, the following versions must be installed in the specified order:

• SwissSalary App: version 1.5066004.2009.0
• Construction App: version 28.0.250.0

New Fields in Payroll Master Data

Two new fields have been added to the payroll master data under the “Basic” tab so that actual travel time can be included in this weekly review:

• Travel Time Supplement Salary Type
  Enter the salary type used to pay the 25% travel time supplement.
• Travel Time Salary Type Filter
  Enter the salary type used to record actual daily travel time (paid and unpaid travel time). Up to three salary types can be entered in this field.

Automatic Calculation

When a new payroll run is created, the calculation is performed in the same way as the calculations used for workgroups.
