The new postal code valid from January 1, 2026, is now available. You can update it at the touch of a button as follows:

SwissSalary -> Administration -> Organization -> Store -> Install All Store Update

Change from 2740 Moutier from the canton of BE to the canton of JU as of January 1, 2026.

If you have employees who live in Moutier, you must re-enter their postal codes after updating the postal codes so that the canton is adjusted.

If you have a place of work in Moutier, you must also re-enter the postal code so that the FAK canton is also adjusted.

Please also note the following in this regard:

  • Child/education allowances
  • FAK %
  • Birth allowance salary type stored in the Payroll Setup
  • Change Income tax rates for employees
  • Membership No. Income tax
  • Regulation Fiscal Administration
  • Work calendar (public holidays)
  • etc.
