Hotfix | Quality Release 5064.001
Published on 31. December 2024
Quality release is available for our SwissSalary 365 (SaaS cloud) customers via ‘Business Central admin center’ -> ‘Apps’.
Our on-premise (installed database version) customers can download the quality release as a ZIP file from our website in the protected area (update files) and import it manually. Please refer to the explanations in the manual that SwissSalary version 5064.000 must be installed first and the update process must be carried out. Please contact your Dynamics 365 partner for this.
We would like to inform you that we are providing a hotfix for Quality Release 5064.001. The new version is 1.5064001.2010.0. The aforementioned change affects the new benefit statement (UVGZ/HI) and the ELM notification for this area. We have found that in some cases the bases for additional payments after leaving (within 2024) were not declared correctly in the payroll items and are therefore missing from the benefit statement (Excel) and the ELM report (XML). After the latest SwissSalary version is installed, these items will be updated, the reports corrected and the ELM notification will be sent correctly. If you have already submitted the UVGZ notification via ELM, you can submit it as a ‘Replacement message’ via ‘Salary declaration -> Declare Salary’.
When dealing with year-end statements, always check the following three evaluations (this also applies to all other social and private insurers):
- Annual total of the bases from the personal payroll account (recapitulation)
- Total of the bases for the benefit statement (or annual statements from the other social insurers)
- Total of the ELM notification (before the ELM release to the insurer)
All three totals (salary bases) must match. If there are any irregularities after importing the latest version, please contact your Dynamics 365 partner or us at support@swisssalary.ch.
Thank you for your understanding and attention.
